Professor Arlindo 2019 is a tribute to our grandfather – Professor Arlindo – who dedicates much of his honorable life to wine and in particular to Amphora Wine.
The wine is the result of an amphora that stood out in the 2019 harvest, after leaving contact with “the mother”, it aged for 9 months in a small clay amphora.
This wine, which respects the ancestral production technique that was brought by the Romans to this region, and which is still very evident in Vila de Frades, is a unique and very special product made from sharing between generations.
